All students who participate in the seminar will be certified by Krav Attitude. This certification is an excellent addition to your CV and/or portfolio. Course outline and content will cover Krav Attitude Yellow belt syllabus.  The syllabus is delivered exclusively at Guardian Defence. The seminar will also include Combat Fighter Reaction Drills.

All of our instructors are are fully qualified, government registered, first aid trained and insured.

Our instructors continually update their skills through training and practice in a wide range of martial arts. Our instructors have gained certified Krav Maga instructor qualifications from Israel.

STRESS and ANXIETY

“Stress inoculation” drills have become very popular in self defence classes.

Students who engage in these drills may accept what is being “taught” without questioning why or how the “drills” are beneficial in a self defence scenario or give consideration to the potential consequences.

Here is a list of how we address these issues

– Outline the physiological and psychological effects of stress.

– Assess personality types to prevent negative reactions occurring and to optimise motivation and progress.

– Perform drills that embody “eustress” (good stress) otherwise there is a danger of the “stress” leading to a state of anxiety.

-Always cool down, with muscle relaxation techniques and deep breathing exercises.

– Set goals for each student encouraging positive mental focus.
